Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments, including facials, waxing, body treatments, and various skincare services, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and hygiene standards.
• Consult with clients to assess their skincare needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
• Provide personalized skincare advice and homecare recommendations to promote long-term skin health.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to ensure the highest quality of service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting treatment room to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for both clients and staff.
• Uphold a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor with clients, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Actively participate in promotional activities, events, and training sessions to contribute to the growth and success of the salon and spa

Qualifications:

• Valid esthetician license/certification in Indiana.
• Proven experience as an esthetician, preferably in a salon and spa setting.
• In-depth knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service, tailoring treatments to individual client needs.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, based on salon and spa needs.
• Positive attitude and passion for the beauty industry.
